Refunds & Returns...

Please note, I am no longer  taking online orders.  If there is an item you would like to buy, please contact me and include the SKU number and item description.

If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return it if you notify me within 14 days of the shipping date or date of purchase.

I cannot accept returns on items purchased during sales or special promotions or returns of custom orders.

Returns will only be accepted in their original packaging, without missing, broken or exchanged parts and the finish of any surface unmarred. Any item that has been altered, blemished, used, worn or broken is not eligible for a refund, credit or exchange unless the damage occurred during the original shipment or were flaws due to a fabrication error. Please do not return items and packaging which have been exposed to perfumes, chemicals or other substances (e.g. cigarette smoke residue).

To return or exchange an item, please contact me first. Items cannot be accepted for a return or repair without prior authorization.

For your protection, please ensure all items being returned are securely protected, packaged and insured for its full value. Please retain your shipping slip and tracking number. Effusive Arts is not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping.

Credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the item if it is defective or completely unsatisfactory to you. Refunded credits do not include shipping costs.  The credit will be reflected through Square  credit or debit card account.

If the item was paid in cash and not shipped, a refund may be provided by etransfer or cash.

If you would like to cancel your order, please notify Effusive Arts in an email as soon as possible before shipped out.  If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing.

Effusive Arts reserves the right to decline your order in the event that we are unable to obtain payment authorization, there are shipping restrictions for a particular item or the item is no longer in stock.  Every endeavor to notify you immediately will be taken if your payment is declined.

Effusive Arts takes pride in its workmanship and the quality of the products it represents. I will be happy to repair your item free of charge within the first 30 days of your receiving your order (excluding shipping, handling and insurance charges incurred by sending the item to Effusive Arts and having it returned to you).

Please note that Effusive Arts maintains the right to refuse free reparations for items it deems to have been damaged as a result of mishandling and/or inappropriate use. If the damage is due to defective workmanship, Effusive Arts will gladly fix or replace the item at our discretion. Effusive Arts’ guarantee does not cover any chain or cord repairs however quality testing will be performed on the links and clasp prior to shipping to ensure their quality.

Any standard item that is customized to suit your desired specifications (adding adornments, stamping, resizing, etc.) is considered “customized” and is also not returnable.
