SHIPPING
Effusive Arts endeavours to use the least expensive method possible.  If you would like your shipment to be expedited, please contact me directly before placing your order.

Flat rate shipping for both Canada and the US.  

Canada
Orders shipped within Canada are sent via Canada Post, unless otherwise arranged. We offer flat rate shipping of $7.00.   Tracking cannot be used for flat rate shipping.  

USA
Orders shipped to the United States are sent via Canada Post, unless otherwise arranged, and are charged at a flat rate fee of $15.00 CAD.  Additional duties may apply upon arrival of your order.  Effusive Arts is not responsible for these additional costs.  

International
At this time, we are not shipping outside Canada and the USA.

Local Pick Up
If you live close to Beamsville Ontario, you may select this option and arrange directly with us as to when and where to pick up your order.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY 

If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return it if you notify me within 14 days of the shipping date.

I cannot accept returns on items purchased during sales or special promotions or returns of custom orders.

Returns will only be accepted in their original packaging, without missing, broken or exchanged parts and the finish of any surface unmarred. Any item that has been altered, blemished, used, worn or broken is not eligible for a refund, credit or exchange unless the damage occurred during the original shipment or were flaws due to a fabrication error. Please do not return items and packaging which have been exposed to perfumes, chemicals or other substances (e.g. cigarette smoke residue).

To return or exchange an item, please contact me first. Items cannot be accepted for a return or repair without prior authorization.

For your protection, please ensure all items being returned are securely protected, packaged and insured for its full value. Please retain your shipping slip and tracking number. Effusive Arts is not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping.

Credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the item if it is defective or completely unsatisfactory to you. Refunded credits do not include shipping costs.  The credit will be reflected in your PayPal or credit card account.

CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to cancel your order, please notify me in an email as soon as possible before we ship it out.  If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing.

Effusive Arts reserves the right to decline your order in the event that we are unable to obtain payment authorization, there are shipping restrictions for a particular item or the item is no longer in stock.  Every endeavour to notify you immediately will be taken if your payment is declined.

GUARANTEES AND REPAIRS  

Effusive Arts takes pride in its workmanship and the quality of the products it represents. I will be happy to repair your item free of charge within the first 30 days of your receiving your order (excluding shipping, handling and insurance charges incurred by sending the item to Effusive Arts and having it returned to you).

Please note that Effusive Arts maintains the right to refuse free reparations for items it deems to have been damaged as a result of mishandling and/or inappropriate use. If the damage is due to defective workmanship, Effusive Arts will gladly fix or replace the item at our discretion. Effusive Arts’ guarantee does not cover any chain repairs however quality testing will be performed on the links and clasp prior to shipping to ensure their quality.

Customizing

Any standard item that is customized to suit your desired specifications (adding adornments, stamping, etc.) is considered “customized” and is also not returnable.
